Structured PTFE

Made of 100% expanded P.T.F.E. using a special process that produces a uniform and highly fibrillated multidirectional microstructure. This creates a soft and pliable, yet very tough gasket that has excellent resistance to compression, creep relaxation and cold flow. Suitable for un-even damaged flanges. Possesses universal resistance against common chemicals, except melted alkali metal, fluorine in liquid and gas state. It is free from asbestos and meets the FDA requirements, anti-corrosive and unlimited shelf life.
Teadit 24 B

Teadit 24 B is
a non-asbestos gasket material made from pure,
expanded, virgin PTFE. The whole production process
is subject to strict quality control registered
under DIN EN ISO 9001. Because of the excellent
thermal and chemical resistance of Teadit 24 B, it
can be used in a wide variety of static applications
in nearly all kinds of the industry. The exceptional
malleability of expanded PTFE can compensate for
out-of-parallel and/or damaged sealing surfaces and
allows use with stress sensitive connections and
applications where only a limited flange load is
available, e.g. plastic flanges, glass flanges, etc.
Teadit 24 SH

Teadit 24 SH
is a large gasket sheet produced from 100% pure,
multi-directionally expanded PTFE. It is a
universally employable gasket sheet for all
applications. It is suitable for all types of
flanges, nearly all media, a wide temperature range
and for applications with the toughest demands on
purity. It is inherently clean and non-toxic. The
excellent malleability of Teadit 24 SH makes repairing
of small damages and/or irregularities of the
sealing area (flange surface) unnecessary.
Quimflex PL100

Quimflex PL100 is a highly compressible PTFE - Gasket Sheet manufactured by a unique process which provides a high level of fibrillation to overcome the creep relaxation and cold flow problems associated with standard (skived or moulded) PTFE sheets. It is produced from virgin PTFE resin filled with hollow-glass-micro-spheres and it is suitable for service with
a wide variety of aggressive fluids, including hydrocarbons, acids and caustics, solvents, water, steam, hydrogen-peroxide, refrigerants, etc.
Teadit TF 1570

TEADIT TF 1570 is a structured PTFE - Gasket - Sheet manufactured by a unique process which provides a high level of fibrillation to overcome the creep relaxation and cold flow problems associated with normal (skived or moulded) PTFE sheets. TEADIT TF 1570 is produced from virgin PTFE resin filled with hollow glass micro spheres. TEADIT TF 1570 is suitable for service with a wide variety of aggressive fluids, including hydrocarbons, acids and caustics, solvents, water, steam, hydrogen-peroxide, refrigerants, etc.
Teadit TF 1580

TEADIT TF 1580 is a structured PTFE - Gasket - Sheet manufactured by a unique process which provides a high level of fibrillation to overcome the creep relaxation and cold flow problems associated with normal (skived or moulded) PTFE sheets. TEADIT TF1580 is produced from virgin PTFE resin filled with Barium Sulfate. It is suitable for all types of flanges, nearly all media, a broad temperature range and even for applications with the toughest demands on purity. It is inherently clean and non-toxic.
Teadit TF 1590

TEADIT TF 1590 is a structured PTFE - Gasket - Sheet manufactured by a unique process which provides a high level of fibrillation to overcome the creep relaxation and cold flow problems associated with normal (skived or moulded) PTFE sheets. TEADIT TF1590 is produced from virgin PTFE resin filled with Silica. It is suitable for services with high pressures and temperature, especially in chemical processing and hydrocarbon plants in strong acids (except hydrofluoric), solvents, hydrocarbons, water, steam, and chlorine.
